• Foundation Certificate in PRINCE2™

  This is an examination-based PRINCE2 training course, which gives delegates accreditation at PRINCE2 Foundation level. The training equips delegates with a detailed knowledge of the PRINCE2 method, working through each stage of pre-project preparation and the project lifecycle. The PRINCE2 training sessions will detail how to initiate projects, including the documentation to be produced such as the Project Initiation Document and the Business Case. The trainer will then move on to product delivery and controlling each stage of the project, from both the perspective of the Project Manager and the Project Board. The trainer will then address the issues surrounding project completion.

• PRINCE2™ for Practitioners (including Foundation)

  This is an examination-based PRINCE2 training course, which gives delegates accreditation at PRINCE2 Practitioner level. The course assumes that the delegate has passed the PRINCE2 Foundation level examination. Delegates for this course will build on their knowledge of the structure and content of PRINCE2 and turn this knowledge into an understanding of the practical application of the method. Time will be given during the PRINCE2 training to practise written exercises using Practitioner exam questions under simulated exam conditions.
