Microsoft Project Training Course

This two day course is intended to provide a solid foundation in the use of Microsoft Project as an effective software tool for project planning, task scheduling, tracking and evaluation.

 

This Microsoft Project training course is a 2 day course and can be run at our London training centre or on-site at your offices. Remember that the training date can be stipulated by you, not a pre-defined schedule.

Assigning multiple resources to one task (effort verses fixed duration)
Applying work where it is needed. E.g. at the beginning of a task and as the task progresses applying less work (contouring – inbuilt and manual)
Starting a task, stopping it and then continuing it at a latter date
Handling resource calendars

LINKING SMALL PROJECTS INTO A MASTER PROJECT

Sharing resources across multiple projects but ensure that no resource is overworked
